VP of Medical Claims Top 40 Retail Full Service Insurance Agency is looking for a Vice President of Claims for its Medical Claims Department. Our Client is looking for an individual with more than 10 yrs’ background working with Medical Claims and at least five years of supervisory background within the claims industry. The right applicant will have a proven history of successfully overseeing medical claims department and will be able to help the agency expand its market to other claims services. The department has a staff of about 40, with one director reporting in from a remote location. The right applicant will be experienced with mentoring, training, hiring a top medical claims staff with the possible addition of Workers Compensation in next few years. This individual must also have the expertise to transact on a strategic level with sales personnel and upper management as the firm looks to expand and grow this area of the Agency.
