Loan Servicing Specialist in Overland Park, KS

Adecco is currently looking for applicants for loan servicing specialist positions. This position is responsible for reviewing new loan application requests to ensure that all required forms and/or documentation have been provided by the borrower. Bachelor?s degree or equivalent education/background is required. Entry level to 2yrs of loan processing background in a mortgage banking company or related financial institution necessary. This job mandates expertise to communicate effectively with all levels of Bank personnel, customers, and outside agencies in both verbalwritten form. Computer literate with background using, Ms word and industry standard mortgage software. Expertise to work under deadlines. Good organization and planning skills.
